We are looking at different Habitats which is part of our Inquiry concept "Environment".
We are learning to use new words from our class discussions in our writing.

Today we described a Tropical Rainforest.

Yesterday we described a Pond.

Mount Albert Farm Trip Photos

This week we had a fun trip to the Mount Albert Farm. 

We saw cows being milked, calves fed, 

sheep and lambs and chickens.

We wrote about our experience at the farm

and published them using Pic Collage 

on the Ipads.

Te Reo Maori

Kia Ora! Over the next 3 weeks we will be learning body parts (Te Tinana)  in Te Reo Maori. 

Today we used the Ipad App Pic Kids to name some body parts in Te Reo Maori.

Welcome back to Term 3.  I hope you have all had a wonderful break over the holidays. 

This term we have some exciting things happening. We will be training for cross country every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Please bring a spare set of clothes/shoes to school. On Mondays we will be learning Taekwondo.

Our Inquiry concept this term is Globalisation.
